Today, the City of Ostrava selected the contractor for the Ostrava Concert Hall. Winning the competition in 2019, Steven Holl Architects with Architecture Acts finished the construction drawings in 2023. The historic House of Culture and the new 1,300-seat concert hall stand in complementary contrast and create a cultural landmark for the city. The project is schedule to complete in 2027.
