Senior Architect
Requirements:
Candidates should possess a high degree of design sensibility, have 8+ years of solid work experience in construction documents, project detailing, facade and structural consultant management, site supervision and must have been involved in the complete process of sophisticated and high-quality building projects.
• Candidates should possess good communication skills and have demonstrated technical and management experience with large scale projects.
• Familiar with architectural design and construction practice in China as well as local building code and regulations.
• Proficiency in Chinese and English languages are a must.
• Proficiency required in the following software programs (PC Platform): AutoCad, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Microsoft Office. 3D Studio, Max/Viz and Rhino are a plus.

Junior / Intermediate Level Architect
Requirements:
Candidates should possess a high degree of design sensibility, have 3-5 years of experience, possess good communication and graphic skills.
• Experiences on design development phase is a plus.
• Proficiency required in the following software programs (PC Platform): AutoCAD, Rhinoceros, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign etc
• Proficiency in English is mandatory and Mandarin language is a strong plus.
