Steven Holl Architects is a finalist in the Expo Albania international competition to design a new convention center and public forum for the city of Tirana. In partnership with Agnieszka Kurant, the design is driven by the artist’s series The End of Signature, where she collects signatures from local communities that are transformed and fused by a neural network to create a single, collective signature.
