Marketing Assistant | Office Manager
Steven Holl Architects is seeking a highly organized motivated self-starter to assist with marketing and light office management for our New York City office. Primary marketing responsibilities include proposal production and development, marketing communications, award submissions, and maintaining the firm’s social media and website. Office management responsibilities include phone, email, ordering supplies, and light plant management. Applicants must be extremely organized self-starters who are able to multi-task, follow through, and have a positive demeanor. This position works closely with the Managing Associate and Executive Assistant. This is a full-time, 5-days per week, in-person position at our Manhattan office (450 West 31st Street).
– Strong graphic design skills
– Demonstrated command of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
– Editorial and writing skills
– Good organization and people skills
– College graduate with demonstrated engagement in architecture and art
