The home is on Round Lake Road in Rhinebeck. . . It is an eco-friendly retreat. The home is heated geothermally instead of fossil fuels. Electricity is from the sun instead of a power grid. It even has a wood stove. The stove is highly efficient in keeping the space warm during the winter. Plenty of wood is available at the house."
