Intermediate Architect: 5+ years of experience
Candidates should have strong concept design and schematic design skills, as well as good project representation skills (2D drawings, diagrams, physical modeling and imaging). Experience on Design Development and Construction Administration a strong plus. The candidate should be able to work on design studies, diagram and represent several design solutions, prepare design development drawings and additional design documents for construction teams and team of consultants.
Proficiency in English is mandatory and Mandarin language (written and spoken) is a must.
Proficiency required in the following software programs for all candidates (PC Platform): AutoCad, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office. Revit, Rhinoceros, Grasshopper, 3D Studio, Enscape, AI representation tools.
Salary commensurate with experience.
